Your Prenuvo provider has offered the opportunity to obtain a score which assesses your risk of common diseases like heart disease, breast cancer or prostate cancer based on your genetics.
Please enter your contact information and Provider ID (given to you by your Prenuvo physician), and we will mail you a testing kit.
Once you return the kit with a saliva sample, we will process the information and provide your test results to your provider in 4-5 weeks. Your provider will be able to review this information with you at your next scheduled visit.
